Warranty and Post-Warranty Service
By entrusting our Service with your product, you can be sure that it will be repaired reliably and on time.We ask you to familiarise yourself with the individual steps of the process and to prepare your service request correctly in order to avoid delays in the processing of your order.
STEP 1
Please fill in the repair order – service request using the form to be found on our Website (please make yourself familiar with the data contained in the electronic form in advance in order to properly prepare the email correspondence necessary to avoid possible delays in the execution of your order).
STEP 2
You will receive a return email informing you that your service request has been accepted by our technical department and, should you have additional questions, our service staff will contact you by email or telephone.
STEP 3
The next email will contain details of the procedure for sending the goods to our Service.
STEP 4
You will be sent information on the completion stage of the service order until the process has come to an end, meaning the repaired goods have been sent to your address. Should you have any further questions, please send your correspondence by email to: service.en@britax-roemer-service.pl
NOTE: any telephone requests will not be executed and processed. Please note that contacting our service by telephone is for information purposes only in case you have any questions regarding warranty and post-warranty service. Due to the nature of the repairs and services we provide, you may be asked to send photographic documentation (photos) by email for an initial diagnosis of your request by our technical department staff.
